On Wednesday, 5th of February our Client Advisory Group met for the first time in 2020.
We had eight clients attending plus four staff members.
After not seeing each other for a while, time was spent catching up with each other before each person was presented with the new Cura Calendar and an invite to our afternoon tea on the 17th of March to celebrate Harmony week and Cura.
Around the table introductions were made and each participant had a chance to share what they wanted to discuss.
Points that came up for discussion were:
- Movement Classes
- Ideas for promoting Cura
- Ideas on how to raise more client awareness on how to use client’s HCP Subsidy
- Ideas of additional services clients would enjoy
