Laughter Yoga – 7th March 2024

At Cura Connective, we revelled in contagious laughter and endless fun during our first Laughter Yoga session, forging unforgettable memories of joy and camaraderie.

What is Laughter Yoga?

Laughter Yoga is a group session of aerobic activity which turns fake laughter into real laughter. It consists of hand-clapping rhythms, breathing exercises from Yoga, and playful laughter exercises.
